Born in January 1931 in Ba Kuai Cuo(now Bade), Taoyuan.
On September 1, 1953, he was arrested for attending a gathering with classmates and was taken to the North Station of The Counterintelligence Bureau for detention and interrogation. In July 1954, he was accused of the involvement in the "Chang Chao-Hsien and others' rebellion case" and charged with the crime of "not reporting communist spies" and was sentenced to 3 years in November.
He was released on September 11, 1956. In 1994, he retired from Xiulang Elementary School.
